Pamana Kali at the Carson Philippine Independence Day Celebration 2025

The Carson Philippine Independence Day celebration on June 7, 2025, at Veterans Park in Carson, California, is a free, all-day festival from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, packed with Filipino culture for everyone. Families can enjoy a lively parade, performances by artists like Grand Marshal and Headliner Martin Nievera, cultural exhibits sponsored by FilAm Arts Eskwela Kultura, Filipino food vendors, and a children’s area.

Pamana Kali, led by its founder and chief instructor Guro Alvin Catacutan, will present an engaging Filipino martial arts workshop. Other Filipino American culture bearers will also join to offer free workshops aimed at sharing Filipino cultural traditions. This event provides a fantastic opportunity for families to connect with their Filipino culture and heritage while creating lasting memories.
